My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were quiet and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long 10-hour drive. The service was very helpful and courteous, although a bit inconvenient to have to remind them to take out the trash. The location was perfect for our needs, near plenty of restaurants and shopping. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, we had a good time. Facilities could be improved but still pleasant. The value for money was reasonable.

The location was bustling with families due to its closeness to Splash Lagoon and shopping spots, but the service needed a customer service upgrade. The dining options had a decent variety, though some dishes fell short of expectations.
